How to turn on Geolocation on iPhone
TRAVELLA Interactive Guides allow you to Self-guide trails using GPS. If you receive an error message stating “Geolocation error: User denied Geolocation” then you need to allow Location permission on your phone.
1: Go to your iPhone Homepage and tap Settings
2: Scroll down and tap Privacy
3: Select Location Services and ensure it is toggled ON
4: Scroll down and tap Safari Websites
5: Tap While Using the App
6: Return to TRAVELLA Interactive Guide
